## Before a paid commission

- [ ] Artist and buyer agree exact scope, price unit, quote expiry, revisions and deadlines.
- [ ] Rights, permitted use and attribution are understandable to both people.
- [ ] Network fees, payment timing and settlement requirements are agreed.
- [ ] Partial, expired, duplicate or failed payments have a handling plan.
- [ ] Delivery, refund and dispute arrangements are agreed.
- [ ] The artist controls the receiving setup and verifies it independently.
- [ ] A test environment rehearsal is complete before any live integration.

No live invoice is created by this template. Never enter keys or recovery phrases. Do not place private receiving information or buyer contact details in a public proposal. A gift to Langar, if chosen, is separate from the artist's commission.

## First result

A one-page creative brief with clear permission, one deliverable and open questions. Keep it private, invite a collaborator to review it, or submit a public-safe summary through the program page. Submission does not promise a sale, commission or curator response time.
